Today’s Topics:
1) The month of June is dedicated to the Sacred Heart of Jesus throughout the Catholic Church; however, the father of lies is attempting to co-opt it for a month of homosexual “pride.” We cover the importance of returning to our Catholic roots with a devotion to the Sacred Heart and observing pride as the deadly sin it is,
2) Eddie Brock joins the program and provides us with a quick reminder of his life as a Catholic man and how is faith was strengthened by his desire to be a better man for his wife and family,
3) Eddie discusses the difficulties of being a police officer, someone who serves the public, and how it is a constant struggle to “see God in our fellow man.” It is through a constant prayer life that he manages to make headway and is hopefully an inspiration to other to do the same for the benefit of society, family and out eternal soul,
4) We discuss the importance of a devotion to the Sacred Heart, by a regular consecration, observing a devotion to the First Fridays, frequent Confession and prayers of reparation. Another simple daily activity that helps is the meditation on the Sacred Heart image and the meaning behind them.
