Location: Pacific Palms Resort, 1 Industry Hills Pkwy, City of Industry, CA 91744
Check-In
When: Friday, March 20, from 6:45 AM.
*(If you miss Friday, Saturday check-in is also at 6:45 AM.)*Where: Line up along the side of the Upper Entrance. Staff will direct you to tables labeled by last name.
What to Bring:
You are on the list, so no need to print your registration—but it’s wise to have it handy on your phone just in case.
If you bought meals or T-shirts separately, have those receipts ready.
Parking
Two lots available:
Before the roundabout, to the right (top of the hillcrest).
Past the roundabout, to the left (upper level, near lobby/conference center).
Parking is limited—please carpool if possible.
At Check-In You’ll Receive
Wristband for entry both days (waterproof—fine for bathing).
T-shirts (if ordered).
Meal tickets (if pre-ordered—no walk-up sales; order by March 12).
Premium Seating: Separate check-in table. Seats are very limited, so have your receipt ready.
Accessibility
After check-in, ushers will assist handicapped attendees and one accompanying person to designated seating.
Schedule & Important Notes
Mass: 8:00 AM sharp on Friday and Saturday.
Confessions: A priest will be available, but not before Mass. Please plan to go to confession beforehand and be in a State of Grace to receive Communion.
Livestream: A link will be sent to all registered attendees. You can watch live, and replays will be available until talks are published in the VMPR Store.
